The first bedroom is on the first level with 1-Queen with a small TV. It is just across the hall from the 1-full bath with a double-sized shower. There is also the laundry room on this floor which has the door to the double-car garage.
Upstairs is a large family room with a fun bar, a large TV and DVD player and a loveseat and 1-Queen sofa sleeper. There is a nice deck with even a better view of the river and several tables & chairs next to this spacious family room. The 2nd bedroom is down a short hall and had 1-King bed. The 3rd bedroom is a huge room with 1-King bed and 1-Queen sofa sleeper. The 2nd bath with a tub/shower is across from these two bedroomsyou up to date.
